This amazing quartz geode comes from Morocco. Geodes form within air pockets of volcanic rock. Silica rich fluids flowed through these air pockets and began to cool and harden into quartz crystals. This specimen is especially unique because of the large calcite crystals which grew on top of the quartz crystals inside of the geode. Energetically, quartz is considered to be a cleansing crystal. This specimen is in its raw and natural state.
