Echinoid (Sand Dollar) Fossil

Some star energy from an ancient sand dollar. This fossil displays beautiful pentameral (five-fold) symmetry. Just like modern day sand dollars, this Echinoid would have been cruising the sandy shore bottoms of the Jurassic seas approximately 160 million years ago.
