Like a firework of crystals, beautiful golden blades of fibrous Rutile crystals explode out of a lustrous Hematite base on this specimen from Novo Horizonte, Bahia, Brazil. While this specimen is composed of two incredible metal minerals (Titanium dioxide Rutile and Iron oxide-based Hematite), be cautious when handling this specimen as the rutile crystals are quite delicate.
