A burst of color, this vibrant mineral specimen of Wulfenite and Chrysocolla comes from the Rowley Mine in Maricopa County, Arizona. Miniature crystal blades of bright orange Wulfenite crystals can be seen tucked into the rock matrix next to vibrantly colored blue Chrysocolla.
The Rowley Mine is a special mineral collecting locality, as it produces this unusual crystal combination of Wulfenite and Chrysocolla which are not typically seen growing together. A single layer of the Chrysocolla and Wulfenite is present at this location, making specimens like these more unique to find. Please note, the matrix on this specimen is delicate.
