Rules for Our Live Sales

1) We do not allow swaps or put-backs. Only claim an item if you are 100% sure that is the one you want.

2) Payment is due within 24 hours of the Live Sale (by 8pm EST Saturday). If you cannot pay for your order within 24 hours, do not claim.


3) If you do not adhere to our rules, you will not be permitted to participate in future Live Sales.

How Our Live Sales Work

• All Live Sale items will be shown individually, then the price will be revealed. For example, I will say "This Amethyst is 65 dollars".
  
  
• Once the price of an item has been announced, you may claim it in the chat window. You must wait until the price is said before you can claim the item. 
  
  
• To claim an item, comment in the chat window. Your comment must include the PRICE of the item. You can include any other words or emojis. For example, you can say: "Amethyst 65" or "Me for 65".
  
  
• The claim that shows up first on OUR screen will be announced as the winner.  Please Note: When two or more people are trying to claim the same item, your claim may appear first on your screen. However, whomever's name appears first on our screen is the winner of the item.
  
  
• I will announce the winner of each item as soon as the item is claimed. For example: "Congratulations @__(your name) gets this one for 65 dollars".

Please do not claim an item unless you are 100% committed to purchasing it. Think of your claim as swiping your credit card. Once you claim it and I call your name, it's yours. 

We do not allow swaps or put backs! So please be deliberate with your claims.

Payment / Invoicing

• All payments are completed through our website. Payment is due within 24 hours of the Live Sale (by 8pm EST Saturday).
  
  
• After the Live Sale, a custom product(s) page will be created for you on our website which you can find here. Your username / screen name on YouTube will be your order name.
  
  
  • You can also manually search for your items:
    • Click the search bar (magnifying glass icon) at the top our page.
    • Search for your screen name: Example: @astoneforeveryhome
      
      
• You can add any other items on our website to your order, we have lots of amazing pieces! All items will be combined into one shipment.
  
  
• You have 24 hours from Live Sale day to complete payment for your order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, etc. at checkout.
  
  

Failure to pay for claimed items within 24 hours will result in your claimed items being forfeited and you WILL NOT be allowed to participate in any future live sales. 

Please be respectful to our small business and the other people shopping in our Live Sales by only claiming items you intend to pay for within 24 hours.

We appreciate your understanding and thoughtfulness with your claims! 

Shipping / Processing

• All USA orders over $20 receive FREE USA SHIPPING. Please see our FAQ page for further information.
  
  
• We do our best to ship out your orders as quickly as possible. Items claimed in our Thursday or Friday night Live Sales are typically invoiced that night and shipped out within 1 to 3 days. All packages are fully insured in case of loss or damage.
