Deep purple and blue Fluorite crystal cubes from the Blanchard Mine near Bingham, New Mexico. The Blanchard Mine is a historic lead mine which operated in the early 1900's and is now under private claim. The unique hue of the Fluorite crystals appears to almost change color under different lighting conditions, transitioning from purple to blue. White quartz crystals can be seen underneath the Fluorite on the front of the specimen with additional crystals on the back!
