Aurichalcite

Fibrous feathers of Caribbean blue Aurichalcite crystals abound on this specimen from Durango, Mexico. Aurichalcite is a secondary mineral found in the oxidized zones of copper and zinc ore deposits. Crystals are typically found in blue-green acicular or feathery shapes like those on this beautiful specimen!

Approx. 3.25" H x 2" W x 1.5" Deep

Need a display stand?

If you would like a clear acrylic stand to display your specimen vertically with a slight tilt forward, we recommend adding Stand A1 to your cart.
