Extra Large Double Terminated Clear Quartz Crystal

You'll feel the awesome power of the Earth holding this extra large clear Quartz crystal specimen from Brazil. Besides the impressive size, this specimen is also double terminated! Most Quartz crystals come to a point or termination of growth on just one single end, this piece has two! One end features a classic termination, while the other has an elestial-style growth shape. 

Often times Quartz points of this size are cut or polished to create perfect, unblemished specimens. This process removes any nicks or scratches on the crystal surface or termination (tips) to create perfectly smooth faces. However, this large specimen has been left in its raw and natural state, allowing for the true character of the crystal to shine through. Some natural inclusions (possibly of the mineral Chlorite) can be also be seen inside the crystal creating a soft speckled, cloud-like appearance.
