Chrysocolla with Malachite Slice (Large) | Sandfire Deposit, Western Australia

This magnificent Chrysocolla with Malachite slab comes from the famous Sandfire Deposit of Western Australia. Bright turquoise blue Chrysocolla is perfectly accented by the vibrant green Malachite swirling throughout the specimen. Sparkling crystal pockets of Quartz and Chrysocolla can be found sprinkled around the slice, with deep red Cuprite creating incredible contrast.
The slice was cut from a large block of stone, with the front polished and the sides left in their raw and natural condition. Stone from this deposit is becoming increasingly rare as this unit is no longer in production.
