- Description
A lovely combination of golden Marcasite and clear Calcite from the famous Linwood Mine in Scott County, Iowa. The Linwood Mine started as a limestone quarry back in the late 1800's and features some of the highest purity limestone in the country.
The Calcite crystals on this specimen are perfectly accented by sharply terminated Marcasite crystals.
Approx. 4.25" L x 3" W x 1.25" Deep
