Gorgeous greens and earth tones create a lovely wave of color throughout this piece of Petrified Wood from McDermitt, Oregon. While this wood has many names such as Petrified Bogwood, Gary Green Wood, and Larsonite, there is one thing for sure, it's beautiful!
Ranging in age from approximately 10 to 15 million years old, this Miocene Epoch aged wood has incredible detail and a lovely color. Under different lighting conditions, the green may appear slightly more teal, contrasting perfectly with the earth tones mixing throughout the piece.
With a cut and polished front, raw and natural sides, this piece has a flat-cut base allowing it to display perfectly without a stand.
