Pyrite is an iron sulfide mineral that has an isometric crystal structure. This means Pyrite can form into shapes like cubes, octahedrons, or in this case, a pyritohedron crystal structure, which is similar to a dodecahedron with pyritohedral symmetry. The shiny brass and gold colored faces will surely create a stunning display on your shelf!
